In Huancayo, Peru, the Universidad Continental hosted the second Posgrados Fest, attracting 282 professionals. The event focused on leadership in an AI-driven world, with speakers emphasizing that while AI is a powerful ally, professionals must maintain critical thinking and curiosity rather than delegating all judgment to technology.

In a separate meeting titled ‘Organizations in Reconfiguration’ organized by Fénix and the Argentine Institute of Artificial Intelligence (INARIA), over 50 executives discussed the tension between rapid algorithmic adoption and job stability. Experts noted that the primary barrier to digital transformation is often the fear of job displacement and a lack of emotional support for workers. The consensus among leaders was the need to humanize the transition, treating AI as a cultural enabler that enhances productivity without eroding the human value within companies.
