AI integration drives efficiency for Enercom and Ocra
Enercom has reported significant improvements in its customer service operations following the integration of an AI Agent developed in partnership with indigo. ai. The implementation has led to a 66% reduction in request management times, with the AI agent now autonomously handling 98% of first-level information requests.
Since the introduction of the intelligent chatbot Lucy in 2024, the project has evolved into a conversational AI agent capable of understanding context. This evolution resulted in a 187% increase in managed sessions and a 131% growth in unique users compared to previous generations. The company states that the automation allows human operators to focus on more complex situations requiring empathy and specialized expertise.
In a separate development, Ocra has introduced Artiplane, an AI platform designed to integrate intelligence into existing enterprise ecosystems, specifically targeting the Fashion and Retail sectors. Currently in beta with three companies, the platform acts as a layer above distributed data sources like ERP and CRM systems. It utilizes a routing system to select the most appropriate AI model based on task quality, cost, and activity type, ensuring that AI responses can be transformed into verifiable actions within a secure, audited framework.
