AI integration expands in China across healthcare and automotive sectors

In China, major technological advancements are being integrated into consumer health and automotive sectors through artificial intelligence.

BMC Resmart has launched the E6 AI flagship sleep apnea machine, which utilizes seven AI technology upgrades. The device features an AI parameter adjustment assistant, dynamic pressure regulation to prevent sleep interruptions, and an intelligent prediction algorithm designed to detect respiratory signs before airway collapse occurs. The system also includes an AI dynamic temperature and humidity control system to maintain comfort throughout the night.

Simultaneously, BYD is collaborating with Alibaba Cloud to upgrade its intelligent cockpits. By integrating Alibaba’s Qwen large language model, BYD’s new “Didi Xia” super agent aims to move beyond simple voice commands toward complex intent understanding and task execution. This partnership allows the vehicle to handle multi-step requests, such as combining route planning with lifestyle services from the Alibaba ecosystem, creating a more proactive and service-oriented user experience.
