AI integration impacts consumer services and corporate employment

Artificial intelligence is increasingly being integrated into consumer services and corporate structures. Seznam has introduced two new AI-driven features to its Email.cz mobile application: an email summarization tool that condenses long messages into key points, and an automated subject line generator that creates relevant titles based on the email content.

In the corporate sector, GymBeam founder Dalibor Cicman reported that the company has already laid off 42 translators due to technological transformation. While these roles were reduced, the company is shifting its focus toward technical development, employing approximately 30 engineers to work on autonomous agents. Cicman noted that AI allows the company to achieve higher output with fewer human resources compared to larger competitors.

This trend aligns with findings from the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, which indicates that 41% of employers plan to reduce staff numbers due to automation, while 77% intend to focus on reskilling employees.
