AI productivity techniques focus on precise sharing and agent-to-agent communication
New techniques are emerging to optimize AI-driven workflows and communication. One method utilizes the standard “text link sharing” feature in browsers like Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. This allows users to create URLs that jump directly to a specific sentence or paragraph within a long AI-generated response or web document, automatically highlighting the text for the recipient. This eliminates the need to paste massive blocks of text into chat tools like Slack or Teams.
In more advanced business development contexts, AI agents are being designed to interact with other AI entities via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This setup allows an agent to consult a digital “clone” or specialized AI persona to gain strategic insights. For example, an agent can gather research on a client and then query a persona to ask for specific strategic advice. Effective implementation of these autonomous workflows requires clear separation between data gathering and decision-making, as well as ensuring that AI-generated insights are quoted directly rather than summarized to preserve the original nuance.
