AI recruitment firms expand autonomous hiring capabilities

The recruitment technology sector is seeing increased adoption of autonomous AI agents designed to manage top-of-funnel hiring workflows.

Metaview has announced the acquisition of AI-native recruiting firm Reval. The move aims to accelerate the development of ‘fillmore’, an autonomous AI coworker intended to handle candidate sourcing, personalized outreach, and booking screening calls. Reval, founded in 2023, previously operated as an AI-native recruiting firm serving over 100 enterprises.

Separately, HireQuotient reported successful deployment results for its EasySource platform at the US-based healthcare firm Stern at Home Therapy. By utilizing autonomous AI agents for candidate discovery and engagement, the firm reportedly reduced clinical time-to-hire by 45% to 50% and achieved over $60,000 in direct cost savings. The platform integrates government license repositories and conversational AI to navigate complex healthcare sourcing requirements.
