A talent firm reports that successful leaders now display six key qualities—intellectual curiosity, willingness to unlearn, commercial instinct, comfort with ambiguity, change‑management muscle, and operational rigor with speed—highlighting curiosity as the primary predictor of success.

At the same time, organizations face a hidden barrier to secure AI deployment: tool sprawl. Companies rely on an average of 6.9 separate tools for core IT functions, creating fragmented environments that increase security blind spots, raise burnout rates, and lower the likelihood of moving AI agents into critical workflows. Unified stacks are five times more likely to achieve secure AI expansion compared with fragmented ones.
