AI startup and business networking events announced in Japan

Two upcoming events in Japan aim to foster collaboration and professional development within the artificial intelligence sector.

Carnot Co., Ltd. will host the ‘AI Native Consulting Event’ on October 29, 2026. The event focuses on how consultants work alongside AI agents and will demonstrate the ‘consulting-pptx-skill’, an open-source tool for slide creation that has gained significant traction on GitHub. Carnot also promotes its no-code workflow tool, Jinba, which allows users to build customized AI workflows through chat-based instructions.

Separately, ANOBAKA Co., Ltd. has announced ‘ANOBAKA AI Day 2026 Winter’, scheduled for December 8, 2026, in Shibuya, Tokyo. This event is designed to connect seed-stage AI startups with established corporations interested in collaboration or investment. The program includes sessions, reverse pitches from corporations, and a pitch contest for five selected startups, with the winner receiving 1 million yen. Speakers include political and investment experts who will discuss the evolving landscape of AI usage and its future implications.
