AI Startups Concord and Nudge Secure Funding for Agentic Platforms
Concord announced a $3 million seed round backed by A16Z Scout, Drysdale, Motier Ventures and several industry angels. The capital will accelerate development of its Concord Agent, an AI‑driven media‑buying platform that automates campaign creation, pacing and optimization across DV360, Meta, YouTube, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, TikTok, Google Ads and other major channels. CEO Nathan Venezia said the service “automates the last manual processes in media buying…so every team can focus on strategy instead of low‑value operations.”
AI commerce startup Nudge raised $1.1 million in pre‑seed funding from s16vc, Antler and operators from Shopify, Nutanix and Postman. It launched an Agentic Commerce Platform that lets consumer brands measure AI visibility, enrich product catalogs and convert AI‑driven recommendations into sales. Co‑founder and CEO Kanishka Thakur described shopping as “a conversation” where “being recommended is the start, being bought is the win.” The funds will be used to expand go‑to‑market and engineering teams and deepen integration with commerce‑specific agent protocols.
Both companies target brand marketers by deploying AI agents that execute complex tasks across multiple digital platforms, aiming to replace manual workflows and capture new revenue opportunities.
