AI startups Noetive and TypeSafe AI secure $81M in combined seed funding
Two artificial intelligence startups, TypeSafe AI and Noetive, have secured significant seed funding rounds, with both companies raising approximately $40 million. These large seed rounds signal a shift in investor expectations for early-stage AI ventures.
Noetive, founded by former Meta executive Amir Frenkel and Dan Barak, raised $41 million in a round led by Eclipse. The company is developing a self-improving AI model designed for physical operations such as factories, warehouses, and logistics. By using a multimodal sensing pod to collect live data, Noetive aims to coordinate complex business systems. Early partner Steuben Foods reported that production planning, which previously took a week of monthly effort, can now be completed in minutes on a daily basis.
TypeSafe AI raised $40 million in a round led by DCVC. Founded by Diogo Almeida, Erik Gafni, and Sasha Sheng, the company is developing Jev, a model designed to integrate into existing software to perform semantic tasks like classification and routing with low latency and reduced operational costs.
