AI supervision and co‑pilot roles reshape contact centres and real‑estate advice

ProContact, operating three sites in the Indian Ocean, reports the rise of a new role – the AI‑agent supervisor – in modern contact centres. These supervisors monitor conversational AI agents, detect anomalies, manage smart escalations to human agents, and feed performance data back to improve AI models. Key performance indicators include an automatic resolution rate of 60‑80%, escalation rates, post‑interaction CSAT scores and an escalation delay target of under 30 seconds.

In Luxembourg, real‑estate network Efficity has deployed its own AI assistant, LYA, as a copilot for property advisers. LYA handles regulatory, commercial and operational queries, automates routine tasks such as generating property listings and prioritising client outreach, and analyses advisers’ portfolios to suggest next actions. Adoption has been rapid, with about 90 % of advisers using the tool within hours and only 3 % of queries still routed to human support. Efficity emphasises internal data ownership, leveraging two decades of real‑estate data to continuously train its predictive models.
