AI technologies advance media localization and YouTube content analysis

New artificial intelligence services are transforming how media content is localized and managed on digital platforms. Hudson AI has unveiled a ‘Localization AI Agent’ designed to automate the dubbing and quality inspection process for complex media content. Unlike traditional AI dubbing, this service can distinguish between over 40 speakers, even in scenes where multiple people speak simultaneously. It identifies character roles and relationships to apply appropriate names and emotional context, while also capturing non-verbal cues like laughter or sighs. The company claims to have automated over 90% of the quality inspection process, significantly reducing the manual workload for human editors.

In the realm of social media management, Wisesoft has launched ‘Tumit’, an AI analysis service that helps creators optimize YouTube channels. The service analyzes market trends and individual channel data to suggest topics, titles, and short-form video content. Korean entertainer Haha reported using the service to identify rising interest in older videos, leading to a follow-up production that garnered nearly 2 million views in nine days. The tool also identifies specific segments that viewers rewatch frequently, allowing creators to produce high-performing short-form content based on actual viewer behavior rather than intuition.
