The analysis, prepared for Florida Institute of Technology, highlights a stark geographic disparity in AI learning activity across major US metropolitan areas.

In India, developers are turning to a growing roster of AI learning programs offered by Google, IBM, Microsoft, Stanford and leading Indian institutions such as the IITs. These courses, many of which are affordable or free and emphasize hands‑on projects, are being promoted as essential for staying competitive in a job market where AI tools are increasingly embedded in software development, healthcare, finance and other sectors. The combined trends illustrate a global surge in demand for practical AI skills and online education pathways.
