AI visibility tools emerge to track brand presence in model responses

New technology companies are emerging to address 'AI visibility,' a category focused on how large language models describe and recommend businesses to users. As consumers increasingly use AI models to research products and services before visiting websites, companies are seeking tools to monitor and manage their presence within these AI-driven conversations.

ShouldEye has launched a business platform designed to track how leading AI models evaluate and recommend companies, flagging inconsistencies or missing information. The tool serves as a verification and trust mechanism, allowing businesses to monitor their appearance across major models and surface data gaps.

Simultaneously, Evertune, founded by veterans of The Trade Desk, has raised $19 million in funding to build an AI Brand Index. The platform utilizes large-sample polling of 11 AI models to provide measurement and an advertising module intended to reach buyers directly within AI interactions. Evertune’s funding round included participation from Felicis Ventures, Eniac Ventures, and angel investors from companies such as OpenAI, Meta, and Uber.
