AIA South Korea announces 2026 Design Awards

AIA South Korea has announced the second annual edition of the AIA South Korea Design Awards. As one of six regional sections under AIA International, the organization aims to connect local members with the global American Institute of Architects community.

The program seeks to recognize outstanding architects whose built works demonstrate architectural innovation and contextual sensitivity. The awards are intended to promote Korean architecture on an international level and contribute to contemporary architectural discourse.

Awards will be presented in three categories based on scale: Small, Medium, and Large. The jury has the discretion to select any number of winners within each category to honor exceptional works that have significantly advanced architectural practice in Korea.
