AICA launches new digital service to track water tanker requests

AICA has launched a new digital service, ‘Stato richiesta autobotte’, on its institutional website. This tool allows citizens to track the real-time progress of requests for alternative water supplies via water tankers.

The service aims to modernize citizen interactions by increasing transparency, speed, and traceability in supply management. Users can check the status of their requests immediately through the aicaonline.it platform.

In addition to the web service, an automated telephone system is operational for managing tanker requests. By calling 0922 441539 and selecting option 5, users can submit or check requests using the user and registration codes found on their utility bills. The system manages requests based on four priority levels: maximum priority for hospitals, clinics, and vulnerable individuals; medium priority for commercial activities and museums; low priority for laundries and supermarkets; and all other domestic users are managed chronologically.
