AIDAnova celebrates eighth anniversary with Scandinavian and European cruises

The AIDAnova, the world’s first LNG-powered cruise ship, is celebrating its eighth anniversary since its christening at the Meyer Werft shipyard on August 31, 2018. To mark the occasion, the vessel is currently conducting a seven-day Scandinavian cruise departing from Kiel, with scheduled stops in Copenhagen, Oslo, Kristiansand, Skagen, and Aarhus.

Following its summer season in Scandinavia, the ship is scheduled to transition to winter routes departing from Hamburg. These upcoming itineraries include trips to Western European metropolises, Norway, and Denmark. Current booking offers for these winter routes include interior cabins starting at 599 euros per person, with balcony options also available.

The AIDAnova is the second-largest ship in the AIDA fleet, featuring 2,626 cabins and a capacity for up to 6,600 passengers.
