Evidia and ICON Oncology to acquire Heiligenfeld Klinik

Evidia, a leading provider of radiology and radiation therapy in Germany, and the Australian ICON Oncology Group have signed a contract to acquire the Heiligenfeld Klinik in Waldmünchen. The transaction is currently subject to pending legal and regulatory approvals.

The acquisition aims to secure long-term medical care at the location by more closely integrating outpatient and inpatient services. Evidia will contribute expertise in diagnostic imaging, while ICON brings experience in oncological treatment. The clinic, which specializes in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy for adults, is expected to maintain its existing care concept following the change in ownership. The facility currently operates with 40 planned beds.
