The integration connects Aiello’s Call Agent, Voice Assistant (AVA), and GuestWeb solutions directly with hotel food and beverage operations.

Through this integration, guests can browse dining options, receive menu recommendations, and place orders via voice, mobile, or phone. Confirmed order information is automatically transmitted to the Infrasys POS system, creating a seamless path from initial guest request to order fulfillment. This technology aims to simplify operational workflows for hotels while providing guests with more convenient access to dining services throughout their stay.
