AIG sells first phase of AI Tower in three hours

AIG has announced the complete sale of the first phase of its AI Tower project within just three hours of its launch. The project is located in the Central Business District of Egypt's New Administrative Capital, situated directly on the Mohamed bin Zayed Axis.

Described as Africa's first AI-supported tower, the 50-story structure utilizes smart building concepts, employing artificial intelligence in its operational and management systems to enhance efficiency for commercial and administrative users. Karim Abdeen, Chief Commercial Officer at AIG, stated that the rapid sale reflects high investor confidence in the company's vision and the project's potential for investment value and sustainability.
