AIIMS Delhi Announces 2026 Recruitment for Senior Research, Administrative, Professor and Associate Professor Posts

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi issued two official notifications for its 2026 recruitment drive.

The first notification seeks two candidates for Senior Research Fellow and Administrative Assistant positions. Eligible applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in basic science or a relevant professional qualification, meet age limits of 35 (research fellow) or 45 (assistant), and possess the required research or disciplinary experience. The salary for the research fellow is ₹42,000 plus 27% HRA, while the administrative role offers a consolidated ₹35,400 per month. Applications are to be submitted by email by 21 June 2026.

The second notification advertises 34 posts for Additional Professor and Associate Professor roles. Candidates must have medical qualifications (MD/MS, M.Ch., or D.M.) and extensive teaching or research experience, with an upper age limit of 50. Salaries range from ₹148,200‑₹211,400 for Additional Professors and ₹138,300‑₹209,200 for Associate Professors. The online application window runs from 27 February to 28 March 2026, with a final deadline of 28 March 2026.
