AIIMS Delhi opens recruitment for 1,484 CRE‑5 health‑sector posts

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi has issued a Common Recruitment Examination (CRE‑5) notification for 1,484 positions across Group B and Group C categories at AIIMS and other central health institutions. The vacancy list includes junior administrative assistants, clerks, engineers, pharmacists, nursing officers, lab technicians, librarians, drivers, fire technicians, yoga instructors, programmers, medical social workers and other technical roles.

Online applications began on 13 June 2026 and must be submitted by 3 July 2026, with a fee of ₹3,000 for general and OBC candidates and ₹2,400 for SC/ST/EWS applicants; PwBD candidates are exempt. The computer‑based test (CBT) is scheduled for 25‑27 July 2026. Eligibility ranges from 10th‑grade pass to graduate and postgraduate qualifications, with age limits generally between 18 and 45 years (up to 50 years for some posts) and reservation‑based relaxations.

Selected candidates will receive salaries ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹44,900 per month, along with standard government allowances.
