Ailu Celeste and Jerónimo Weich relocate to sustainable home in Traslasierra
Ailu Celeste and Jerónimo Weich, the son of Julián Weich, have relocated from Buenos Aires to Traslasierra, Córdoba, to live in a sustainable home. The couple resides in the Los Hornillos area.
The 56-square-meter residence was built over three and a half years using bioclimatic design principles to maximize energy efficiency. Key features of the home include wooden floors, a north-facing orientation for solar gain, quincha construction techniques, and a dry bathroom.
Jerónimo works in landscaping, gardening, and pruning, while Ailu focuses on painting and construction work. Although Julián Weich initially found it difficult to accept his son's decision to leave the city, he now supports their lifestyle and visits them in Córdoba.
