AIM25 to celebrate Malaysian music talent in Kuching

The 25th Anugerah Industri Muzik (AIM25) is scheduled to take place on September 26 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) in Sarawak. This Silver Jubilee edition marks the first time the event will be held in the region, aiming to celebrate the diversity of talent within the Malaysian music industry.

The ceremony will be hosted by the husband-and-wife duo Awal Ashaari and Scha Alyahya, alongside TVS personality Sheera Abang Mansur. Rosmin Hashim, Chairman of the Recording Industry Association of Malaysia (RIM), stated that the selection of hosts, presenters, and performers was conducted in collaboration with broadcasting partner TVS.

Scheduled performances include artists such as Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, Adira Suhaimi, Akim Ahmad, Alena Murang, Hael Husaini, and Hafiz Suip, among others. The event will also feature performances by the four finalists in the Best New Artist category: Rezza Shah, Ary Hussin, Qal-G, and Yusuf Kassim.
