Aimee Bright leads women’s standings at iQFOiL U23 World Championships

The iQFOiL U23 World Championships in Puck have reached a decisive stage following the penultimate day of competition. In the women’s fleet, New Zealand’s Aimee Bright has maintained her dominance, securing her 10th win out of 16 races to extend her lead to 17 points. Bright and Norway’s Maya Gysler, who secured a direct ticket to the Grand Final after a strong performance, will both advance to Saturday’s final session.

Other notable performances in the women’s category include Stella Bilger of Australia in third place and Lina Erzen of Slovenia. In the men’s fleet, Italy’s Federico Alan Pilloni remains at the top of the standings. Poland’s Stanislaw Trepczynski secured a place in the Semi Final after winning three races, while Maciej Dabek also moved into the top ten to qualify for the Medal Series.
