AiMOGA Robotics introduces Mobo humanoid family companion robot

AiMOGA Robotics, a subsidiary of Chery Group, has unveiled Mobo, a 90-centimeter-tall humanoid robot designed to serve as a family companion. Introduced at the AiMOGA Robotics Global Launch 2026 in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China, the robot utilizes embodied intelligence to integrate artificial intelligence with physical movement and environmental understanding.

Mobo is capable of performing up to 16 tasks in parallel with a response time to interruptions of less than 0.2 seconds. The robot features 22 degrees of freedom to support expressive body movements and is equipped with MoAgent technology, which enables spatial memory and natural interaction. This allows the robot to recognize objects, coordinate tasks, and respond to changes in its surroundings.

Designed for multi-generational use, Mobo can assist children with language learning and provide companionship for the elderly. Its social navigation capabilities allow it to recognize pedestrian movement, slow down, or yield space to avoid collisions in human environments.
