Aimoré secures first Gauchão A2 victory while Amora draws in Portuguese youth league

In the Gauchão A2 football competition, Aimoré secured its first victory with a 1-0 win against Glória de Vacaria at the Cristo Rei Stadium. This win places Aimoré in sixth position after three rounds, keeping the team within two points of the leaders, Pelotas and Passo Fundo.

Coach Ariel Lanzini emphasized the importance of the win for team confidence, stating, "It is important to give confidence to the group, so we can follow the table at the highest point, among the eight." Aimoré's next match is scheduled against Veranópolis.

In Portuguese youth football, Amora drew 2-2 against Alverca in their debut match of the Campeonato Nacional 1.ª Divisão. Despite Alverca leading at halftime and later playing with ten men following an expulsion, Amora managed to equalize in the 81st minute through a goal by Francisco Nascimento.
