Aimyon announces new single ‘Sanagara Lonely’ for October 12 release

Japanese singer-songwriter Aimyon has announced the digital release of her new single, ‘Sanagara Lonely’, scheduled for October 12. The track serves as the theme song for the ABC TV and TV Asahi drama ‘Mou Papa!’, a human family drama written by Erika Yoshida that explores the complexities of social media and family dynamics.

In conjunction with the release, new artist photography and jacket visuals designed by Ran Tonda Hayashi have been unveiled. The artwork features a distinctive aesthetic of a spider web and cherries against a pale pink background. A ‘very short movie’ showcasing the song’s atmosphere has also been released on her official YouTube channel.

The full version of the song is set to receive its first radio broadcast on FM802 on October 5, with partial snippets available on platforms like TikTok starting October 5 at midnight.
