Aiper IrriSense 2 and Dreame A2 introduce smart irrigation and mowing solutions in Germany
Aiper has launched the IrriSense 2, a four‑in‑one garden irrigation system that combines central control, water distribution and optional fertiliser application in a single device. The system can manage up to ten zones, uses a weather‑sense response feature to adjust watering based on real‑time forecasts, and includes a rain sensor that can halt operation automatically. Aiper claims water savings of up to 40 % and markets the unit for €499.99, with installation meant to take less than 15 minutes and no underground hardware required.
Dreame has introduced the A2 robotic lawn mower, aimed at larger gardens of up to 3,000 m². It employs a 360 ° LiDAR sensor and a full‑HD camera for radar‑assisted navigation and AI‑driven mapping, allowing users to set zones, no‑go areas and edge‑cutting paths via a mobile app. The mower features an “EdgeMaster” side‑extension for precise border trimming, a 22 cm triple‑blade deck, and a battery system designed for extended operation. Setup is reported to take about five minutes, though the premium price reflects its high‑end positioning.
