AIQBE awards Professor José Manuel Andújar for research excellence

The Association of Chemical, Basic, and Energy Industries (AIQBE) has awarded Professor José Manuel Andújar Márquez the Award for the Promotion and Development of Science and Technology. The recognition honors his extensive research career in Systems and Automation Engineering.

Andújar is a professor at the University of Huelva, where he directs the Research Center in Technology, Energy, and Sustainability. His professional background includes serving as president of the Spanish Automation Committee and coordinating the Spanish Hydrogen Technological Platform. He has published over 600 works and holds 20 patents.

The award will be presented during the IX Technical Conference of AIQBE on October 14. Andújar is also scheduled to deliver the inaugural lecture at the event, which will focus on industrial challenges such as process optimization and preventive culture integration.
