Air Algérie to launch five new international routes
Air Algérie has announced the launch of five new international flight connections departing from Algiers, scheduled to begin between October 25 and October 28, 2026. The expansion focuses heavily on the African continent, with four of the five new routes serving Conakry, Brazzaville, Lagos, and Tripoli.
In Asia, the airline will add a connection to Shanghai, which will complement its existing services to Beijing and Guangzhou. The company stated that this deployment is part of a broader effort to develop its international network, strengthen aerial connectivity, and support the Algerian state's goals for the transport sector.
The airline aims to facilitate economic and commercial exchanges by providing better access for economic operators and travelers, particularly within Africa, to consolidate regional links and support Algerian businesses expanding across the continent.
