Air Canada receives Skytrax and Brandon Hall Group awards

Air Canada has received multiple industry recognitions for its service and internal operations. The airline was named the Best Airline in North America by Skytrax, marking its tenth overall win since 2010 and its second consecutive year receiving the title.

Additional Skytrax honors include the award for Best Business Class Lounge Dining Offer for the Toronto-based ‘Air Canada Signature Suite’, as well as Best Cabin Crew in Canada and Best Economy Class In-flight Catering Service in North America.

Separately, the airline’s leadership development program, ‘Elevate’, earned a Gold HCM Excellence Award from the Brandon Hall Group. The program was designed to establish a shared leadership foundation across the organization by providing practical tools and experiences for employees.
