Air-e Intervenida appoints new territorial managers in Colombia

Air-e Intervenida has announced the appointment of new territorial managers for the departments of Atlántico, Magdalena, and La Guajira in Colombia's Caribbean region. The restructuring aims to strengthen regional management, improve user service, and enhance coordination with local communities.

In Atlántico, Víctor De Luque Vidal will lead the territory. He brings over 22 years of professional experience, including six years within Air-e in roles such as Social Value Manager and Director of Community Management.

Rosanna Pardo De Andreis has been appointed to manage Magdalena. She possesses more than 28 years of experience in executive roles, covering commercial management, strategic planning, regulation, and operations. She succeeds Luis Guillermo Rubio Romero.

Ehylín Berrío Cotes will serve as the acting territorial manager for La Guajira. She has over 28 years of experience within the company, specifically in strategic, operational, and human talent management processes.

Ramiro Castilla Andrade, the Special Agent of Air-e Intervenida, stated that these appointments are part of an effort to strengthen regional teams and increase the company's responsiveness to the needs of users, communities, and authorities.
