Air France enhances Business Class service and catering
Air France continues to refine its Business Class offerings through specialized catering and updated cabin hardware. On short-haul flights, such as the 250-mile route between Basel and Paris, the airline provides a signature meal box developed in collaboration with Servair and Chef François Adamski. These boxes, refreshed monthly, feature seasonal ingredients and French-origin products, including smoked salmon sandwiches and desserts like pecan tarts.
On long-haul routes, such as Paris to New York, the airline utilizes the Airbus A350 equipped with new Stelia Opera platform seats. The service includes premium amenities like Starlink Wi-Fi, wireless charging, and a curated menu featuring French-centric products, such as the ‘Quintessence’ cocktail and multi-course meals including veal with morel mushroom sauce.
