Air France launches its own VIP lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 4
Air France inaugurated its own 750 square‑metre VIP lounge in Terminal 4 of London Heathrow Airport on 7 July 2026. The facility, which can accommodate about 150 passengers and operates from 05:00 to 22:00, replaces the former Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge and marks the French carrier’s return to a dedicated lounge at the UK’s busiest airport after a 17‑year hiatus.
The lounge serves La Première, Business class and Flying Blue Elite Plus members, as well as eligible SkyTeam passengers from KLM and partner airlines. Designed with French designers and featuring a Clarins spa, it offers an open‑concept kitchen with rotating French menus, a champagne and wine bar, and private work and relaxation spaces. The opening strengthens Air France’s presence at a key hub that is dominated by British Airways, directly competing with rival premium lounges in the same terminal.
