Air France‑KLM names Guilhem Mallet as Latin America chief

Air France‑KLM has appointed Guilhem Mallet as its new Director General for Latin America, based in São Paulo. In the expanded regional structure he will oversee direct operations in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama and Peru, and coordinate partner‑served markets such as Belize, Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Mallet brings almost 24 years of experience within the group, previously leading the Air France‑KLM‑Gol partnership in Brazil, directing the airline’s Mexican operations, and serving as Vice‑President of Corporate Sales in Paris. His background in strategic alliances, commercial development and corporate sales is expected to deepen the airline’s connectivity between South America and Europe and strengthen relationships with key partners such as Delta, Copa Airlines and WestJet.
