Air fryer usage spikes with new steak recipe and discounted Lidl model in Portugal

A detailed recipe shows how to cook a steak in an air fryer using herb butter, salt, pepper, olive oil and optional lemon juice. The method calls for pre‑heating the appliance to 200 °C, cooking the meat for 6–8 minutes per side depending on thickness, and finishing with a generous dollop of butter mixed with fresh herbs for a moist interior and crisp exterior.

From 5 June to 11 June, Lidl in Portugal will offer a Moulinex air fryer with a 3.5‑litre basket at a 58 % discount, lowering the price from €169.99 to €69.99. The model is advertised to serve up to four people, reach temperatures of 200 °C, and includes a timer that can be set for up to one hour.
