Air India and Adani Airports launch online duty-free platform

Air India and Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) have launched an integrated online duty-free shopping platform for international travelers. The service is accessible through Air India’s official website and mobile application, allowing passengers to browse, pre-order, and pay for items before their flight.

Customers can collect their purchases at designated airport duty-free counters. The platform offers introductory discounts of up to 25% on various categories, including cosmetics, fragrances, luxury chocolates, consumer electronics, and spirits. Additionally, members of Air India’s Maharaja Club loyalty program can earn 3 Maharaja Points for every INR 100 spent on eligible transactions.

The service is currently available at major airports with duty-free hubs, including Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram. The rollout is expected to expand to additional locations.
