Air Serbia organizes first flights for students from Kosovo and Metohija

To mark Children's Week, Air Serbia organized a special trip for 15 primary school students from Kosovo and Metohija, marking the first time many of them have flown on an airplane.

The initiative was organized in partnership with the Inclusive Serbia Center, following a collaboration during the ‘Inclusive Serbia’ art competition. The project received support from the Office for Kosovo and Metohija and the City of Niš.

After traveling from Kosovska Mitrovica to Niš, the children flew with Air Serbia to Belgrade. Upon arrival at Nikola Tesla Airport, they were met by representatives from the airline, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, and the Inclusive Serbia Center. The Radisson Collection Old Mill Hotel Belgrade provided accommodation for the children during their stay.

During the visit, the students learned about the world of aviation and interacted with flight and cabin crews. Air Serbia also provided gifts to the children to commemorate their first flight.
