Airbnb to offer Sterling Point filming location for fall stays

Airbnb has announced that Gordon Bay Cottage, the historic setting for Megan Park’s drama series Sterling Point, will be available for short-term rentals this fall. Booking requests for three limited three-night weekend slots will open on September 15 at 9:00 a.m. ET.

Built in 1902, the property features original heritage charm, including century-old windows and an 800-square-foot screened porch. Guests will have exclusive access to the house and a private dock equipped with kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards. Unlike previous themed listings, these stays are offered at a flat rate of $180 CAD per night.

The announcement follows a surge in interest for Ontario’s Muskoka region. International searches for stays in the area through November 2026 have increased by nearly 110 percent year over year, while domestic Canadian searches have risen by more than 30 percent.
