Airbus SE and OSB Group PLC have both reported recent share buyback transactions as part of their respective corporate financial programs.

Airbus SE conducted several transactions between 11 September and 18 September 2026. The company repurchased a total of 1,169,475 shares at a weighted average price of 196.4258 EUR. This buyback program, authorized by shareholders in April 2026, aims to support future employee share ownership and equity-based compensation plans, with a maximum repurchase limit of 10% of issued share capital.

OSB Group PLC reported the purchase of 168,640 ordinary shares between 14 September and 18 September 2026. These transactions were executed on various exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and Aquis Exchange, through broker Jefferies International Limited. The company stated that the repurchased shares will be cancelled.
