Airports Authority of India launches Passenger Service Campaign-2026

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has launched the ‘Passenger Service Campaign-2026’ across airports nationwide. The initiative, which runs from September 17 to October 10, is being conducted in conjunction with the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva-2026’ program to improve passenger amenities, increase cleanliness awareness, and enhance service quality.

At Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport in Indore, the campaign commenced with a collective singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ and featured cultural performances, including Malvi folk dances, to engage travelers. The campaign will proceed in several phases: focusing on cleanliness, parking, and connectivity initially; reviewing facilities for senior citizens and persons with disabilities; and addressing security, digital services, and helpdesk efficiency.

Later stages of the campaign will emphasize local culture, tourism, and the recognition of sanitation workers. The program also aims to audit service quality, medical preparedness, and facilities for women and children, concluding on October 10 with a report on improvements and future action plans.
