Airtificial reduces losses by 65% and boosts revenue by 77%
Airtificial reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the first half of 2026, reducing losses by 65.4% to 584,000 euros compared to 1.687 million euros in the same period the previous year. According to filings with the CNMV, the company's sales rose 77.6% to 2.838 million euros.
The turnaround is attributed to a strategic restructuring, including the divestment of engineering services contracts to focus on high-value sectors: aerospace and defense, infrastructure, and industrial automation. New contract awards reached 69.5 million euros, a 115% increase over the first half of 2025.
The Aerospace & Defense division achieved an operating result of 8.6 million euros, focusing on aeronautical components and advanced manufacturing. The Infrastructure division reported 10 million euros in revenue, driven by expansion in Latin America, specifically in the Dominican Republic and Honduras. While the Intelligent Robots division faced challenges due to a weak automotive market, the company is seeking to diversify into defense.
