Aisla launches ‘Ovunque vicini’ home care for ALS patients
Aisla, in partnership with Fondazione Serena Ets – Centri clinici NeMo, has launched ‘Ovunque vicini’, a free service designed to provide specialist medical assistance directly to people living with ALS.
Presented at an open day in Milan, the project utilizes telemedicine to bridge distances and provide rapid responses. The service is managed through a central operations hub available 12 hours a day, from 8:00 to 20:00, seven days a week. The hub performs initial triage for patients and caregivers, directing socio-sanitary requests to a Listening Center and medical requests to specialists at NeMo Centers.
Users can access the service via the Isa app, which is available for free on Apple, Google, and Windows platforms.
