AIsmiley releases AI training guide and construction‑real‑estate AI chaos map

Japanese AI portal AIsmiley announced two new free resources for corporate users. On June 22 it launched the web magazine “Business AI Utilization Skill Acquisition Guide,” which explains AI fundamentals and practical applications for business staff and lists six training providers – AlgoX, AIworker, NDI Solutions, SAMURAI, div and manebi – offering customized, video‑based or hands‑on courses.

The company also published a "Construction & Real Estate AI Service Chaos Map," cataloguing more than 120 AI products across five categories (real‑estate sales, planning/design, construction/site management, maintenance and back‑office). The map aims to help firms address labor shortages, rising costs and digital‑transformation mandates by identifying suitable AI tools for tasks such as price prediction, BIM integration, safety monitoring and automated contract review.
