migak LLC has launched ‘Silver AI Platform Hana,’ an AI-driven service designed to support Silver Human Resources Centers across Japan. Following a five-month demonstration at the Sumida City Silver Human Resources Center, the platform utilizes conversational AI, LINE, and web interfaces to assist with membership guidance, job matching, and administrative tasks.

The platform aims to connect members, job opportunities, and staff more effectively by automating information organization and matching processes while maintaining human communication. It is intended to be scalable, allowing different centers to implement specific functions based on their unique needs and scale.

In a separate business development, SBI Holdings has reached a basic agreement to acquire all shares of Livedoor from Mincab, Inc. This move allows SBI to expand its media presence through Livedoor News and Livedoor Blog. Simultaneously, NTT Data is expected to become a major shareholder in Mincab through a capital and business alliance, focusing on creating new services in the financial domain.
