AIST and Fukushima Galilei to exhibit at 2026 biotechnology events

The National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and Fukushima Galilei have announced their participation in upcoming biotechnology and regenerative medicine exhibitions held at Pacifico Yokohama in October 2026.

AIST will exhibit at BioJapan 2026, focusing on three primary areas: medical and healthcare, biomanufacturing, and resource circulation. Their presentation will include research on health visualization, diagnostic support, cell evaluation for regenerative medicine, and protein design using generative AI. The institute also aims to showcase social implementation cases through corporate collaborations.

Fukushima Galilei will participate in Regenerative Medicine JAPAN 2026. The company plans to showcase medical and scientific laboratory equipment, including ultra-low temperature freezers with dual cooling systems for enhanced sample safety, medical freezers utilizing eco-friendly non-fluorocarbon refrigerants, and refrigerated cold lockers designed for the secure storage of patient specimens and pharmaceuticals.
