AITO launches luxury children's car as China Railway clarifies travel rules

AITO (问界) has launched a luxury four-wheel electric children's car priced at 15,800 yuan. The vehicle features a convertible design, an electronic screen windshield, and a dashcam. It is modeled after the 2026 AITO M9 SUV and includes remote control capabilities for parents.

Separately, China Railway has issued official clarifications regarding children traveling by train during the summer peak season. The department confirmed that children under 14 must generally travel with an adult, except for students commuting to school or those with special permission.

China Railway also clarified that it does not provide one-on-one childcare or dedicated托管 (custody) services on trains. Due to the high volume of passengers and frequent station stops, crew members are unable to provide personalized, full-time supervision for unaccompanied minors.
