Aitor Esteban addresses political harassment and hate speech

Aitor Esteban, president of the EBB, has addressed allegations of political harassment and misinformation on social media. Esteban clarified his stance following edited video content, stating, “Efectivamente, no hablo con fascistas” (Indeed, I do not speak with fascists).

In a separate incident, the political group Geroa Bai condemned fascist and xenophobic graffiti discovered in Leitza and Lekunberri. The messages targeted Basque identity and the Basque language. Geroa Bai issued a statement emphasizing the need for coexistence, respect, and democracy in the face of such intolerance.
