aiwell develops AI proteomics service for racehorse conditioning

aiwell Inc., a venture certified by the Tokyo Institute of Technology, has entered a six-month clinical data accumulation phase to develop a racehorse conditioning support service. The service aims to launch officially in the spring of 2027.

Utilizing the ‘aiwell ProteoSIGN Platform’, the technology performs comprehensive proteomic analysis of blood serum. By using AI to evaluate protein changes, the service intends to visualize subtle internal changes, fatigue, and signs of illness that traditional biochemical tests or visual observations might miss. This data will assist in making informed decisions regarding training intensity, race participation, and injury prevention.

This development builds on aiwell’s previous research involving human biomarkers for menopause, health monitoring for marine life such as whale sharks, and identifying biomarkers for Rhodococcus infections in foals.
